Receiving Orders
IntelliTrack Mobile supports receiving order fulfillment. All open receiving orders (created at the main IntelliTrack web application) may be fulfilled from the mobile device.
Important: In order to receive items in IntelliTrack Mobile, the logged-in user must have edit access to the Receiving Order feature
Note: Orders Preference settings facilitate the receive order process by setting a default receive quantity; see "User Preferences".
When an item is received, it is added to inventory.
To receive an item into inventory, your user role must have "edit" access to the Receiving Order role. Receiving items in an order is comprised of two main parts, selecting an order and receiving the item or items in the order.
- From the Main form, tap the Orders button.
- Select Receiving.
- The Receiving form appears. The Header tab is to the front.
- Scan or enter the order number directly into the Order No. field to receive this order, or select the order from the Select Order form (see "Selecting a Receiving Order").
